The AlcoAudit personal breathalyser uses Fuel Cell Technology (like the police) to measure the concentration of alcohol vapor on expired breath. The AlcoAudit is extremely easy to operate, simply press the “On/Off” button to turn the unit on, press the “On/Off” button once again to go into test mode, attach a mouthpiece and blow. The reading will then be displayed.
- Fuel Cell Technology - provides consistent, reliable, accurate results
- Built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery. Reliable and long-time testing action with Micro USB connection - can charge breathalyser with your laptop
- Time, Date and total tests conducted all visible on main screen
The AlcoAudit breathalyzer also offers a data logging facility with a memory capacity of 4000 tests. Every test performed has the date, time and BAC concentration recorded in the internal memory. This data can uploaded to a computer and viewed on an Excel spreadsheet. The user can analyse the data to obtain information regarding their use of the unit such as, how often it is being used, what are the average readings as well as monitor the performance of the unit.
ADT can calibrate the AlcoAudit as per the requirements of the customer. We recommend 6 monthly calibrations on units used 2-3 times per week. If the unit is being using in social situations where a lot of people are using the AlcoAudit calibration should be more frequent.
|Calibration||Every 6 months|
|Measurement range (BrAC)||0.000mg/L～1.500mg/L|
|Principle of measurements||Electrochemical/fuel cell sensor, alcohol specific|
